Shipping & Returns


PAYMENT

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. Your order will not be shipped until payment is received.

 

SHIPPING

All merchandise is carefully and securely packed before it is transferred to the delivery carrier. Any item not in stock will be back-ordered and shipped as soon as possible unless noted otherwise on your order. Upon receipt, if your shipment appears to be damaged or items appear to be missing:

  1. Please check your invoice to make sure items missing in your package have not been backordered.
  2. If not, contact us immediately.
  3. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will pay all the shipping cost to have it corrected. 

LEAD TIME

Order before 1:00 PM US Central Time, and your order ships the same day. All orders ship within 24 hours.

TRACKING NUMBERS

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

CARRIERS

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

BACK ORDERS

Any item not in stock will be back-ordered and shipped as soon as possible unless noted otherwise on your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you request cancellation any time prior to shipping or delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • If an item needs to be returned, please use the pre-authorized return form on the backside of your invoice.
  • If merchandise is returned, original shipping and handling fee will not be credited, unless returned due to GVS error.
  • If you are exchanging an item, you only pay shipping back to your warehouse. We ship your replacement for FREE. Plus, add more items to your order and still get free shipping.
